Look what we finally got in the mail today: E's Certificate of Citizenship! Now we have proof that he is indeed a US citizen. I haven't decided yet if we're going to get him a passport right away. It would be awfully nice not to have vacations limited to the USA, in case any family members want to take us on a Caribbean cruise... *cough*
